At the core of my approach are various systems of Reiki and Egyptian Sekhem. I respect the sacred traditions and lineages of the systems I am attuned to. I also practice HNLP (Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology), and Auricular Acupuncure. I intend as much as possible to be complementary to, or to work in tandem with medical practitioners and healthcare providers. I ask about medical history during private consultation. Where necessary I advise that individuals are seen within conventional health care.
I work privately one to one, and also facilitate groups. Sessions are tailored to suit individual or group needs. I can work non verbally, focusing on pure energy work, supporting and empowering. I can also work verbally highlighting intuitive process, challenging destructive tendencies or behaviour, and facilitating growth and change in a solution focused manner. In either case I allow time for reflection and feedback, sometimes pointing towards ways to interpret inner experiences and giving suggestions for aftercare.
There are politics in some circles of Reiki and Sekhem, some based on business, some attempting to preserve the ideals or purity of a system, some based on ignorance and ego. Naturally years of learning, practice, and experience have melded into a unique, evolving, integrated approach which I call Soul’s Ki, which translates as Soul’s Energy. This is my approach and therefore exclusive to me and unavailable elsewhere.
Anyone at any age can benefit from Soul’s Ki. Based on universal energy it is fundamentally a transpersonal method of helping to attain homeostasis/balance. Applications and benefits are limitless but include bringing harmony, peace and greater clarity. I have found this to be one of the most effective tools for self realisation, to manage stress, or address suffering.
Additional to Soul’s Ki, I use techniques, therapeutic and philosophoical approaches, from Auricular Acupuncture, HNLP (Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology), Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Clean Language, Shamanic Pathworking, SKHM, Mindfulness, Meditation, Guided meditation, Colour Therapy, Sound Therapy, Crystal Therapy, spiritual yoga’s, and various methods of raising consciousness. I lean towards wholistic techniques and methods that are usually not available within allopathic healthcare, many relating to energy anatomy, the aura, chakras, and the body’s meridian system, rooted in systems practiced since ancient times and developed within different practices and cultures.
